Who'll be working on your case?

In the initial letter we send to you, we advise you of the team member(s) who will be providing service to you on a day-to-day basis.
Who should you ask for, when you contact us?
If you are unsure who to speak to when you call in, advise the receptionist of the letter at the end of your file number and she will be able to direct your call to the appropriate person.
